Hot Floors Product Warranties

Hot Floors provideS a comprehensive warranty on all our products. This gives both the customer and Hot Floors confidence that our products are manufactured to last a life time.

We offer the following warranties on our products:

Heating Mats and Cables (including In Screed cable)

A lifetime warranty is offered with these products. Our products are made in BEAB and VDE approved factories using the latest European standards. To date we have not had a single failure due to a manufacturing fault.

Wood Floor Heating

A 15 year warranty is offered with our Wood Floor Heating Mats.

Thermostats

A 3 year manufacturers warranty is offered with all our Thermostats. Remember our thermostat is the only one available on lie which is approved by VDE the German Electrical Approvals Board.
