Hot Floors are pleased to announce that we now stock Mira X Plan Levelling compound that is ideal for use with Underfloor Heating. Suitable for thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm. Available by the bag or pallet.
Our Aluminium Wood Floor heating is now one of very few products on the market for use with floating floors that comply with the 17th Edition of the Electrical Code. The reason our Aluminium Wood Floor Heating complies is because it has a built in earth. Carbon Films have no earth and therefore do not comply.

Hot Floors are now able to supply levelling compound specifically designed for use with underfloor heating. Mira Termoplan is made in Denmark and it's low shrinkage rate means it is ideal for use with underfloor heating. Unfortunately due to the weight of the Mira products (Termoplan levelling compound and tile adhesives), there will be an additional delivery charge associated with these products. Hot Floors is pleased to announce that we have upgraded our 150 Watt per square metre underfloor heating mats to 160 watts per square meter. The best news is that we haven't increased our prices. So you now get 7.5% extra heat for the same price. The other good news is the 160 Watts mats are fully BEAB approved. These heating mats are the only approved mats available online and direct to the customer.
Hot floors is pleased to announce we are now able to supply i-Primer with all of our underfloor heating mats and cables. i-Primer is an acrylic based primer that includes millions of small beads which create a barrier between the cold sub floor and the hot floor above. This effect helps reduce the amount of heat loss into the sub floor by approximately 20%.
This helps reduce the warm up time and the running costs of your heated floor.
