Hot Floors 200 watt under floor heating mats are ideal for use in conservatories or rooms like bathrooms and wet rooms where you need extra heat and a faster response time from the heating system.
The 200 watt heating mats are quick and easy to install, and are suitable for use by professional tradesmen and as a DIY installation.

Our 200 watt underfloor heating mats use the same technology as our other heating cables and mats. The only difference is that the pre defined spacing on the200 watt mat is enough to generate 200 watts per square metre. The 200 watt mats can only be used with a tile or stone floor covering.
The 200 watt heating mats have the following benefits:-
- Fully Adhesive mesh mat, no need to use double sided tape
- Made in a VDE and BEAB approved factory, guaranteeing quality
- The thickness of the mat is 3mm meaning the mat won't increase the floor height too much
- Twin conductor heating cable meaning only one connection point
- Suitable for primary or secondary heating systems
- Easy to install - suitable for DIY
The 200 watt underfloor heating kits include the following:-
- Heating mat to which the heating cable is stitched to a self adhesive mesh making it quick to install
- A Digital programable thermostat is included in all heating kits.
- A floor temperature sensor is included with the thermostat
- Conduit for the floor probe
- Comprehensive instructions are supplied both for the Thermostat and the installation of the heating system
- Full telephone support offered by Hot Floors Technical team
- Optional extra's include Thermal Primer, Silver Coloured Thermostat and Insulation Boards
- Labels for the fuse box - required to install according to British Regulations
- Lifetime Warranty - Lifetime warranty for the heating mats and 3 years for the thermostat.
To install the 200 watt heating mats, you simply lay the heating mat on the sub floor and cover with either flexible tile adhesive or flexible self levelling compound. The tiles or stone floor can then simply be laid on top.
